Solution: Using lamps found in a rarely used guest room and some great candles that work wonderfully with the tapestry colors we livened up this console table and brought much more interest to that wall. We are currently working on wall colors for this room, will post photos upon completion.
Problem: Mantel is over accessorized. Wall is very tall so it needs more height and scale. No balance to that side of the room with the current furniture placement.
Solution: Added height to the mirror by placing the scroll work over it. Balanced the room with new furniture placement and re-accessorized the mantel.
Problem: The sofa and chaise are too close together and are blocking the entrance to the kitchen. The corner is cluttered with toys. Fireplace viewing is limited.
Solution: With a new furniture arrangement, we opened up the flow into the kitchen. We optimized viewing to the fireplace and created a more intimate seating arrangement.
Problem: This guestroom was not being used to its fullest potential.
Solution: Currently housing guests, we separated the room into a sleeping area and a living area.
Problem: In an attempt to fill the wall, the homeowner lined up all of the wood pieces against it. Being across from the sofa and kitchen opening made the room feel very unbalanced.
Solution: Separating the wood pieces makes each one stand out in its own way.
Problem: The piano is stuck up against the wall in a corner that is not visible from the rest of the house. There are not enough accessories in the room.
Solution: We found a matching leather chair in the home office and used scrap wood from the garage to make a shelf, creating the perfect spot to add accessories.
Problem: There is a lovely back yard to view and the sofa is stuck up against the far wall.
Solution: Floating the sofa in the center of the sun room created better views of the outdoors and freed up the only wall that doesnt have windows. This wall is the ideal place for the piano, table and chairs. Adding art and accessories to the room made it more like home.

Living Room Before - This beautiful room has a lot of potential.
Living Room After - We brought in warm browns and purples with dark wood furnishings to ground the room. The homeowner was looking for a lot of seating. These furnishings were all new purchases.
Living Room Phase 2 "Windows" - Next were window treatments and a lovely painting given to the homeowner by her Mother. The roman shades add texture and warmth to the space, while the window scarves add more of the lovely purple tones and elegance that the room deserves.
We have done this project in phases because the homeowner wants to have a larger budget for each phase to ensure the perfect final result.

Problem: This master bathroom, with the beautiful ball & claw foot tub, needs color and storage. There isn't even a towel rack !
Solution: Choosing cool blue tones gave this bathroom the look and feel of a spa. The addition of cherry wood furniture that matches the vanity adds style and storage.
Problem: This Great Room lacked warmth and pizzazz.
Solution: By choosing to paint an accent wall in a darker shade of mocha brown, it allows those beautiful vaulted ceilings to pop and draws the eye up! This particular project grew beyond just changing the wall color, as seen in the photo.
