About Space is very excited to be a part of the 26th Annual Vanguard Designer Showhouse this year. We are designing a bedroom on the second floor and we are proud to help raise money for ‘Albany Symphony, Inc.’

Please put it on your schedule to visit this year’s showhouse in Loudonville. With a different designer doing every room in the house, you are guaranteed to see a lot of spectacular design.

SHOWHOUSE SCHEDULE:

Open Daily Except Mondays
Tuesdays and Fridays – 10:30am – 3:30pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays – 10:30am – 7:00pm
Saturdays – 10:30am – 5:00pm
Sundays – 12noon – 5:00pm

DIRECTIONS: Follow SHOWHOUSE signs on Route 9, Loudon Road, Loudonville to the Colonie Town Hall. Parking lot opposite Siena College. A continuous shuttle service is provided to and from the SHOWHOUSE.

It’s all “About Space” so in this room, your Au Pair will feel at home while you will feel like you have been magically whisked away to a foreign land.

The intricate balance of Beidermier, Swedish antiques, color, luxurious textiles and trompe l’oeil give this room an eclectic, warm, comfortable feel while the flavor of ‘far away’ gives flight to fantasy.
